I am 6 weeks post op and have healed beautifully. My results exceeded my expectations. Having a smooth neck and lower jowl has been truly transformative. I now have the confidence and security to wear a blouse, sweater or shirt that exposes my neck. I am 63 years old and have avoided as best I could showing my neck. I think the boost to my self confidence has really seeped into other areas of my life. I only wish I had done this sooner. Dr. Gayner is an excellent surgeon with a skill set that is beyond impressive. His manner and treatment of patients is such a breath of fresh air. His knowledge and just honesty about what services are needed provides a great sense of trust. His nurse Sam is the best. Personable and very attentive. The post op care is nothing short of pure diligence. Ashley at the front desk is very professional and sets the stage for the high level of service provided. Highly recommend Dr Gayner for any of your plastic surgery needs.

I was extremely disappointed from the moment I met Dr. Gayner. He was unprofessional, rude, and made me feel uncomfortable. He was rushing through the entire consult and kept making inappropriate comments such as, "I don't need your business, I have plenty of patients." He repeated this statement numerous times throughout the consult and proceeded to rush through the entire consult. I sat there wide-eyed and shocked at his disrespect and aggressive manor. Towards the end of the consult, I had to ask him if he was going to show me 3D images because I was told this service would be provided for my initial consult. He seemed annoyed when I asked for this service and rushed through this as well. After he left the room, I asked Samantha if he interacts with every patient like this because I felt disrespected and upset. Never in my life have I left a doctors office almost in tears. Please listen to the other reviews and look elsewhere. Giving him one star is one star too many.

Their work is not guaranteed and they want you to prepay even if you don't want to use their doctors...would not recommend to anyone ..don't get sick and miss your appointment because they will charge an extra $100.00 to reschedule.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Gayner!!! He has a wonderful, caring, informative bedside manner, & the liposuction he did on my chin/neck area was fantastic!!! I'm so thrilled with the results!!! The procedure was a walk in the park and I had no pain or discomfort afterwards. I would recommend Dr. Gayner to everyone!!!
