Dr. Gold was my ENT doctor for a number of years; He was giving me a 60mg. dose of Prevacid without trying a lower dose, and I took it for years. After a number of years I suddenly realized that I might do okay on 15mg. I was right. 15mg did the same for me as 60mg. This is not a totally benign medication. The fact that I was given such a high dose, without trying a lower dose, for many years, made me very angry and made me leave Dr. Gold and choose another doctor. I am doing fine on 1/4 of the dose that I was given by Doctor Scott Gold for many years. I just hope that no long range harm was done.

Dr. Gold is a genius, an amazing doctor and an incredible surgeon. He actually cares about his patients. I’ve had several sinus surgeries with little success. After my surgery with Doctor Gold, I’ve been free from sinus disease. If you call Doctor Gold, he will always call back. He is a gem.

HE IS THE FINEST, KINDEST ENT, BUT...After 1 3/4 hours on hold to phones, returning a call I had gotten from them, re. the 4 CALLS for Help I had made for over month, I called my ins. co and they suggested new doctor. 17 minutes of time on hold was on the IF THIS IS A PATIENT EMERGENCY LINE! WOULD BE DEAD. All phones and Web site run non-stop ADS for their services- no way patient commication! UNACCEPTIBLE for this fine MD.. Office Rep, said they are perfect, must be my problem! Find another ENT

DR. Gold is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He was beyond thoughtful and caring and extreamly knowledgable during my visits. During my tonsilactomy his bedside manner was more then you could ask for. Between making me comfortable and my parents he gets and A+. All post opp apts were great as well. Always offering to be there in case of an emergency etc. I would recommend him to anyone.
