Rude, unhelpful
Dr. Graham was rude from the start in insulting my profession. He performed extra 'services', which made my bill higher and did not provide any new information on my condition. I had to be referred to someone else in the same clinic who could actually provide the procedure that I need.

He was condescending and arrogant from the beginning to the end of my appointment and he did nothing different than my ENT in Des Moines. The time off of work and drive was not worth it.
