Typical arrogant white man who made me feel like I was wasting his time. Even asked me how I possible got a referral to see him. His whole staff is rude too. They rush you along through their online check-in but never spelled my name correctly, didn't have my correct birth date, or correct email. When I asked about a doctor's note, since he rushed me out of the less than 10 minute appointment, they told me they don't do accommodations and seemed bothered by everything I did or said. He laughed at my insurance and wouldn't even listen to my needs. Horrible experience. Horrible doctor. Horrible office.

A solid professional
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Scott Graham. I fractured my groin area and he worked with me. Since it was a non displaced fracture, I was able to forego surgery. In my field of work, I deal with orthopedists, and he was great to work with. I am now in recovery after 8 weeks of limited walking and I appreciated his expertise and advisement on my condition. I would highly recommend him.

One star because I had too
I took my mother in to see Dr. Graham and from the minute he walked into the room he did nothing but belittle us, raise his voice, and treat us with the utmost disrespect. I have NEVER encountered such a more rude and not helpful doctor in my entire life. He wouldn't prescribe anything for my mother (my mother with extreme knee pain she cannot even walk). After reading numerous reviews, I know now that many others have experienced the lack of empathy and care from Dr. Graham. Save yourself a trip and avoid such a bitter human.

Dr Graham was so rude! Walked in with an attitude! Rather then telling me me how to treat my injury, he yelled at me about what I wasn’t doing correctly. It was very uncomfortable and inappropriate!

Terrible experience!
The staff and x-ray tech was so welcoming and knowledgeable! But when Dr Graham walked in, he did not greet me or introduce himself. Instead, he was so rude and totally talked down to me. I was in such shock the way he was presenting himself. He basically yelled at me about what I wasn’t doing and what I should be doing. He told me if I still had knee pain in 4-6 weeks, I needed to come back in for an MRI and possible surgery, as it could be a tear or arthritis. He then said he hoped to not see me again. Thinking he meant he hoped I got better?? Not sure, but I will never go back! Terrible experience!

Rude and Condescending
I was quite surprised at how unprofessional this doctor was. He was rude and condescending which was a very uncomfortable situation while sitting there in pain and trying to find answers or relief. No personal communicative skills displayed. Gave the appearance that he was bothered that I was there.

Look elsewhere. Disrespect of my time.
I had a disappointing experience with the medical staff as they failed to provide professional care. Even though an X-ray was taken, the doctor did not personally examine my knee or speak with me. While I was waiting for the doctor, I was informed by one of his assistants that he would not be able to meet with me due to a one-hour meeting. I took two hours off my work for this scheduled visit and the DR. canceled it while I was there. Is it acceptable for the doctor or the medical practice to receive a cancellation notice at such a late stage? Probably not... Later, a physician assistant briefly discussed my case without thoroughly examining my knee, which I found to be highly unprofessional, impolite, and a waste of my time and money. Obviously, I received the medical bill for a provider time...

Best Orthopedic Surgeon
I had a really bad rotator cuff tear (two tendons and a dislocated bicep). Dr. Graham fixed everything and did an amazing job. I highly recommend this fantastic doctor and I am forever thankful for him giving back my active life. You're the best Dr. Graham

I do not recommend this physician
He was disrespectful, rude, and a poor listener. Discounted what I had to say, gave me flippant and condescending answers, and a quick diagnosis. I do not recommend this physician.

Quick and not thorough
Quick and not thorough. Spent a whole 5 minutes with me, just to basically fulfill his insurance obligations. Made a pretty elaborate diagnosis without even seeing an MRI which to other doctors I have consoled with thought was premature. I just really hate to leave such a negative review however my hopes are he reads these and finds a better way to deal with people's injuries that really affect us day to day.

Highly Competent Physician
I came in to the office with a self-diagnosis with which Dr. Graham did not agree. He ran his own tests, and I am confident that he is right. We'll treat the injury his way. I found the appointment system to be dysfunctional. I was on hold for two hours, and the promise to call back when my turn came up was an empty one. However, once connected, I was able to see the doctor the next day. The waiting room is large, and the staff is plentiful. The x-ray technician is particularly kind.

Look for someone else!
This guy is so unprofessional and tremendously rude. He cussed me out and used very foul language upon arrival at a gated community that he had no contact with or verified call in from a resident upon entry the day that he came. He doesn't treat you with respect and immediately freaked out when he didn't get what he wanted when rules are set in place for a reason. Definitely explore other options!

I love the Doctors manner and a very straightforward and as a matter of fact...the way patients really want the information. He definitely has that twinkle in in his eye and that spring in the step that really makes him great and that is very reassuring in fact he's like an athlete in a way himself! I guess I'm looking for the word swagger... Dr Graham definitely has the Swagger of a professional athlete. You really find yourself paying close attention and hanging on every word...The only thing negative about the visit was I was thinking he was a buckeye and it turns out he was a Trojan... he admitted to me that even though he had been at the Cleveland Clinic and has treated the Cleveland Browns he was not in anyway shape or form a Buckey... it was an embarrassing moment for me, as I had written the word Buckeye across the top of his printed Bio. He made it very clear to me that I was mistaken. I highly recommend Dr. Graham. Submitted Sep 19, 2022

Dr Graham’s examination of my knee was thorough. I was relieved to know that all X-Rays disclosed no tears, or fractures and was offered physical therapy for recovery.

Find another doctor that is about helping others!
Horrible he was not only rude and condescending he wasn’t informative to what was going on. The questions I asked were only because he didn’t offer much insight to my problem to begin with. He truly was a huge disappointment to me after I had been in pain for several weeks and couldn’t wait to finally get the help I needed - WOW! I don’t know how anyone would go to him and frankly I don’t need a doctor with a wonderful bedside manner just someone that is normal and not so obnoxious- I won’t go back for my recheck and I would NEVER recommend him!!

Shoulder pain
I met with Dr Graham as a return visit with a different problem. This time it was my left shoulder. As usual I’m amazed that by a few exam produces and X-ray, he knows right away the plan. He previously readied my daughters knee and I was impressed with his surgical skills. Being a nurse I and not in orthopedic’s he is always good at reinforcing the plan. So I clearly know what to expect. I have recommended him to all my co-workers with any form of orthopedic problems.

Visit follow up
One month ago I saw Dr. Graham because of a shoulder injury. He determined that it was possibly a torn rotator cuff and he sent me for an MRI which I had a few days later. A week later I received a report of the MRI. Dr Graham told me he would call me when he got the report. It is now a month later and I have never received a phone call from him. I called SCOS and left a message asking him to please call me. I have still never received a call. I would not recommend him to anyone.
