On paper credentials say he should be a good doct.
Fairly new to this practice, I was impressed with the doctor and staff. He refuses to allow patients to go to familiar labs as Northwell wants to bill for everything and mission statement is about billing , profits and not patient care and outcomes as it should be.Last visit he didn’t look me in the eye one or touch me not even to listen to my heart and lungs.

Dr. Gross is an adequate doctor but is more interested in increasing billing than medicine. I have found billing "padding" more than once and have advised him of that. The billing activity has not changed and he places the blame on the Northwell system. After comparing similar charges with other Northwell physicians he is clearly on the high side. Depending on your insurance and deductibles you may be in for a rude surprise when your bill arrives.

Dr. Gross and his wonderful office staff (Adriana is great) make going to the doctor a good experience. Unlike most GP's I have had in my 30 years...He explains, listens and follows up. Wait time is expected at most clinicians, so it is really not an issue.

very communicative; office staff is wonderfully helpful. Dr Gross listens well and is willing to consider alternative treatments. The only issue is wait time - but to be fair, he spends a lot of time with each patient so I've learned to bring a book and not stress.

This doctor chose to abuse client with already debunked and ruled out psychology. He ignored real issues leaving pain. Dr does not care about beliefs or health. Dr. cannot be trusted. This is my experience and my belief.
