I would recommend Dr. Hall
Dr. Hall is very generous with his time ,he listens to you and he allows numerous questions and answers all of them. He has treated my wife for the past 3 years for multiple myeloma and she has done well under his care. I highly recommend him to anyone with this deadly disease. Dr. Hall reviews all of your blood wok with you and explains it to you in a way a non medical person can understand.

Do not recommend Dr. Scott Hall to anyone. I was diagnosed by ultrasound for a left arm blocked artery by a vascular surgeon. who recommended I see a hematologist, leading to Dr. Hall. and a script for blood work. Ultrasound results from the vascular work and blood test results were sent to Dr. Hall’s office and confirmed received by Hall’s nurse. During my visit with Dr. Hall I explained that the vascular surgeon recommended that I see a hematologist and that all test results were in his office. Dr. Hall said he had not seen any results and was confused as to why I was even visiting him. The visit ended. With my primary care physician I had a blood test done for Factor V Leiden gene mutation, which returned positive, and indicative of causing blood clots. Dr. Hall’s remarks were insulting as to remarks why I should see him. He said he was confused why I should come to him.

Being severely anemic, I was referred to Dr. Hall. I told him I had extremely heavy periods and his response was "that has nothing to do with it". I'm sorry but that had everything to do with it.

I wouldn't recommend him and would definitely get a second opinion from another physician. He misdiagnosed my father with amyloidosis and the treatment led to a rapid decline in his health. My dad was ultimately correctly diagnosed at the University of Pennsylvania where his lymphoma was treated successfully, but he ended up dying due to many complications that the medical staff at U Penn felt were in part attributed to the misdiagnosis and treatment by Dr. Hall.

First time he saw me was on a holiday ~ 9-10 pm at night ~ in the hospital. He had my condition totally under control in a short period of time vs my first episode with another hematologist in another state. Staff is great & easy to work with.

Would not recommend this DR to anyone. While receiving the news about my Leukemia I called him to ask him a few questions while we were in Florida. He told me if I had any questions I would have to make an appointment. He said I do not make any money on phone calls. He also said I have a staff to pay for. This DR is more concerned about his BMW payments than treating cancer.
