A great personal physician
I have been a patient of Dr. Scott Hatfield for many years and a patient of the Hatfield Family Medicine office since 1999. I have annual wellness check ups and receive the proper medical attention for any areas of concern of areas needing improvement every year. Dr. Hatfield is friendly, personal, attentive and professional. He will provide suggestions for my individual health needs, listens to any concerns I might have with a particular suggestion and explains the purpose and benefits of the suggestion. If I don't agree or desire to pursue or implement his suggestion, he accepts my desire. We jointly monitor any areas of concern and implement changes or referrals as necessary as a partnership. I trust Dr. Hatfield's experience for my continued overall mental and physical health.

Hatfield Medicine are difficult to reach by phone to make an appointment. The phone lines are awful, with long wait times (from 5-8 mins) before staff answer. Most every time I call to make an appointment, I end up pressing the number to the billing line, just to get someone to answer the phone, then I ask to be transferred to the appointment line. The front desk staff are short with patients and give snippy answers to questions. I was a patient for over 8 years, now looking for a new PCP.

Dr Hatfield has been my doctor for a year now. My first appt with him was after major surgery, the second was after a hospital stay during which I actually. Was sent to a rehab center Dr H. was very upset no one contacted him and that my rx's papers were incomplete. Since then he has always made me feellike my health was very important and as he puts it "we'll get to the bottom of this". It's a good feeling having him as a doctor, AND he gets my sense of humor! I have recommend him several times
