Dr. Scott Kalinowski, MD

Dr. Kalinowski was great! But the person that set the appt sent me to the wrong office and told me I needed to go to hospital and get a CD of images. When I finally got to the right office the MA said, I don’t know why people bring discs we can see it online, which I questioned when I was told I needed a CD!!Okay I let all that go and had a very nice appt. He answered all my questions and reviewed all my options for the stone that landed me in the ER. I was told a scheduler would reach out to me. It’s been 8 days and no one has called. I have called 3 times. The last two days the person answering the phone seemed to really try to help me but no schedulers or MAs answered the phone. I was told both times they escalated to the office manager and they would call me back today. Guess what…no calls!!! Now I’m searching for a new urologist and hopefully I can get this stuck stone out!

Dr. Kalinowski seems knowledgeable and is a good communicator, however his front office is completely incompetent, as well as rude. I spent over a week simply trying to get an appointment for a biopsy, and still couldn't get their 'scheduler' to call me back. Every time I called they said to keep my phone with me and I'd hear something within 48 hours. Then nothing. And that happened THREE TIMES. Consequently, I had to start all over with a new urologist. If you decide to see this doctor, be prepared for a loud, blaring TV in the waiting room playing continuous political stuff, nobody at the front desk until you make enough noise for them to come out and do their jobs, and absolutely no follow up when you call for appointments.

Completely unhelpful. Will not talk on phone at all ! I have broken femur & he will wants me to come in to see him !!

i hd a cystoscopy without sedation and experience very little pain during the procedure. The doctor explained what he was seeing during the procedure via video and explained what he was seeing as he proceeded with the procedure @ then told me what he recommended that i do about my condition

Not good. Dr. Kalinowski informed me I had a suspicious prostate lesion early in January and has been completely unreachable ever since. His answering service repeatedly stated "They will call you back shortly." but no calls. I find it incredible that he tells someone they may have cancer, and then his office completely ghosts the patient for a month.

3 I absolutely love Dr. Scott K but the staff, office management, and receptionists absolutely terrible! When I say terrible, I mean, rude, lost or changed appointments without notification of change, or cancelation. Wait times are influenced by office staff because they are always trying to get patients in that had shown up but had their appointment been cancelled, or dropped off their calendar. They are insistent that elderly use tech which is difficult for cognitive challenged and elderly who didn’t grow up with tech

I had a great experience with him. I transferred my care from another dr in this office to Kalinowski and he has changed my opinion of this company. He was on time, patient and kind. He listened to my concerns and did rush me or make me feel not valued in my thought process. His nurse was also very kind, empathetic and easy to talk to.

I’ve been treated by Dr. Kalinowski for almost four years for a prostate condition. His level of knowledge and care are unsurpassed. I recommend him highly.

I have been seeing doctor Kalinowski since 2012 when I was pregnant with my daughter. I developed kidney stones and needed a nephrostomy tube. He was great, kind, understanding. I have had kidney stones since and have continued to seek Dr Kalinowski for treatment. I again find myself with kidney stones but the service I have received from the office staff and lack of urgency this time has left me looking for a new urologist. Its sad as I really liked Dr Kalinowski.

I have had the worse customer service experience with the office staff (I actually really liked the doctor) I have been leaving messages for multiple people there for the last 5 days and I have not received any calls back from anyone! I have explained that I need a call back to get information as I am coming up on my enrollment election deadline at work and cant make a decision until I get more information regarding an exam I am scheduled for with their office. Unbelievable!!

Dr. Kalinowski is kind and never rushes my appointments. He takes the time to listen and understand.
