Dr. Kelly is a wonderful urologist.
Dr. Kelly treated me for a blocked kidney, kidney stones and took excellent care of me. He was always professional, kind and truly cared about his patients. His wife and another nurse work in the office and they are wonderful and helpful in dealing with severe pain from kidney stones and truly help to get to the root of the stones to stop them. I recommend him over anyone.

I have been seeing Dr.Kelly for several years. Everybody in his office is very friendly. I have never had a problem getting an appointment or changing one. They have always gone the extra mile to help me. No complaints from this patient!

First impressions are everything and this doctor did not provide a good one. My husband was in the ER for what we thought was a kidney stone but it turned out to be a very large mass on his kidney. We were told to contact Dr. Kelly's office first thing Friday morning, he is expecting your call. Friday morning, we call and voicemail says office opens at 9 am. 9 am, we start calling, still going to the answering service. By 9:30, I talk to the answering service who tries to get in touch with the office. Nothing. Answering service calls back almost an hour later to ask if my husband received a callback. The doctor had to be paged again. Finally, the doctor calls back and says to come in Monday at 10:30 am. This is unacceptable on so many levels - see above for the horrible expectation set at ED. Monday, I try to cancel the 'unconfirmed' appt., and the answering service wasn't turned off until 10 am!! Then, the person answering the phone didn't care - RUDE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

He is uncaring and arrogant. I would never allow him to treat anyone in my family again. I certainly would not ever recommend him to anyone.

I absolutely love Dr. Kelly. However his nurse Diane is really rude all the time for no reason. I would hate to have to change MY Dr, but the last thing i need when i have a bladder infection is someone treating me like I don't matter. or like I'm a waste of their time/ an inconvenience. ITS RIDICULOUS.

Dr. Kelly does a great job of explaining things, including drawing diagrams. He will provide brochures & medical terms so that you may seek further info if you like. He takes time to really talk with you about concerns and his office staff is the best! My favorite thing about Dr Kelly is that if you are hospitalized, he does NOT leave your inpatient care to another provider that you don't know or worse, a nurse practitioner! He sees you himself!! Nowadays, that is unusual.
