Some of these reviews are misinformed. I've known Dr. Kunce for a long time, since he started working at PSC. He was very unhappy working there as time went on. They provided him with the minimum amount of staff support and the call center was awful. He told me this is the reason he quit twice. (He came back once because they said things would change, but they didn't, so he decided to leave again). He explained to me that he was concerned patients were not getting the correct medication prescription refills and follow up appointments due to the poor call center responses during covid/telehealth, this was a major reason he quit. He was concerned for the significant consequences for his patients. He did tell the office to redirect his patients to Dr. Cohen upon his departure, who I believe is very good.

Disappearing Physician.
First appointment went very well and was looking forward to the next. At the second appointment Dr. Kunce was a no show, he has left the practice without notice to his existing patients. There was no other doctor available & the next appt available was in 3 weeks with a, non pschiatric, physician assistant. Refils of existing medication not available. Hope there is no side effects in abruptly stopping meds that have been taking for years.

If I could give this disgustingly pathetic office a negative zero, I would!!! We had one meeting (which my brother really loved with Dr. Scott Kunce) then they disappeared off the face of the earth!! Left 7 messages total to front desk, doctor's vm's, and their lousy call center and not ONE phone call back after saying it's an emergency that needed immediate assistance!!! You can't even get through the office AT ALL!! It goes to a menu option without an option to speak to anyone! What psychiatrist's office does this when they CLEARLY have patients with a mental illness!!! Not even one courtesy call back. Do not go here if you need ANY medical attention!!!

I was cancelled on 2 times in 3 days with no reason as to why and "ghosted" by the office and staff. There is no communication when trying to talk to someone and their phone system has extensions that dont even work. This is a very unprofessional mental health facility that cant even answer their phone and communicate.
