He patiently, genuinely, and thoroughly goes through the explanation and treatment plan for my needs. And he is willing to discuss a flexible way to control my health issue after a positive response to the treatment. Just wish that Dr. will show up every time even when the APRN is practicing.

Bad Experience
Two physicians are opening offices all over the region, only saw a Dr. once over a few years. When I needed them due to an RA flair I could not get anyone to call back or answer patient portal requests. Had to go by the office and beg for an appointment. They will not work with other doctors. The two owners are trying a business model in which patient service suffers. I moved on to another physician so that I could get service and stop the pain they would not address.
