I was sent to Goshen ER 8/11. I was asked to come back 8/12 where I met Dr Scott Ludwig. I have no complaints. He was knowledgeable, patient and kind. He patiently went over the pros and con's of me being admitted or coming back the next day for further trestment and encouraged me to take my time deciding, checking in often. When I decided to be admitted, he thought I'd made the right decision.

We had a very bad experience with Dr Ludwig in EGH on February 11, 2017. My Mother was in the ER for the 3rd time in 6 weeks with terrible vertigo. My siblings had taken her and we had tried numerous drugs to take care of nausea and dizziness. My husband is a physician at EGH also. Mark requested to talk with Dr. Ludwig. My sister asked Dr. Ludwig to call Mark. He said "I do not need to confer with an Orthopedic surgeon on patient care", and refused to call. No common courtesy.

He's terribly rude and treats you like you're not important or how you're feeling isn't valued. Worst experience I've ever had! Elkhart General must be desperate for doctors. Go to Goshen!
