Hat trick.
This was my third visit in the last 10 years with Doctor MacKenzie and his team and entire experience is always efficient and effortless. I’m very thankful for their care. Only challenge this time around was an old work email caused me to not have all the proactive communication I was looking for so I had to reach out last minute to confirm some details. Really on me anyway but if the management software systems could communicate the updated email, then I may have had an even more seamless experience. All in all, everyone working there does a great job.

Highly recommend!
Nursing staff is wonderful, very caring! I have been a patient of Dr Mackenzie for years and highly recommend him! The team has a professional bedside manner and answered all of my questions.I also liked the detailed instructions you send via email for colonoscopy prep, handy to refer to during prep.
