Missed 1 appointment and he said he could no longer see me. I don't know of any other doctor that would stop seeing you for missing 1 appointment. Sometimes things come up, especially if you have kids and you have to miss an appointment. I believe in giving people at least 1 more chance, Dr Matson apparently does not. I would have given him 5 stars because I really liked him and his staff but because of the way I was treated, I have to give him 1 star
