Dr. Pfeffer deserves better rating
Dr. Pfeffer is a very nice human being though I only spoke to him once. His front desk women are the most hostile, unprofessional, insecure and unhappy ones in the business. No one would wait for months, drove for hours and walked up and down in the hospital mace to find the office, then cancel the appointment. I was mistreated by these door blockers.

Dr. Pfeffer berated my senior citizen father for forgetting his medicine list. We are changing doctors.

Dr Pfeffer is a good doctor and I was a patient of his for well over 12 years, however, st this point I felt I was more of a number to him than a patient. I had an appointment rescheduled 3 times in 5 months which was unacceptable, therefore I switched doctors. He has no regard for his patients if he lets this happen. Note= don’t schedule appointments if you’re not going to be in the office. Seems simple enough. Apparently not!
