Dr. Propeck seemed nice to my daughter but simply cannot be reached. You have to call numerous numbers and leave messages and no one calls back with test results. Sometimes their phones ring and ring and no one answers. Very disorganized office. The receptionist said he was short handed on staff. No excuse for not giving patients their test results and returning calls.

Dr Propec's policy is to never speak with a patient unless it is with an appointment so all his nurses call with your updates. My husband has been under his care for 6 weeks, he has lost 30 pounds, been to emergency 3 times, has had tests for heart, colon, intestines, pancreas, liver, gallbladder, stomach, esophagus, biopsies and the doctor wont call him to discuss his condition and path forward only nurses. I think that is a bad policy.

Dr. Propeck is an amazing doctor! He really listened to my concerns and didn't waste time in solving the problem. I would recommend him to anyone in need for a good GI!

Dr Propeck is amazing, he is very knowledgeable in his work and takes great care of his patients. I personally have nothing but good things to say about Dr Propeck, he saved my life! I trust him with my life! I wish there were more doctors like him. If someone (patient) is having an issue with Dr Propeck, I would venture to say it's do to being non-compliant with care and/or medication regime. Dr Propeck wants nothing but the best for his patients.

Didn't see him in his office, just the hospital. He is arrogant, and has a "I'm a doctor and you're not" attitude. Gets offensive when you ask him questions. If you are completely passive in managing your own healthcare, then he is the guy for you, but if you like to ask questions, and not just trust the doctor to "know whats best for me"........then look elsewhere.
