The first wonderful thing is everyone working with Dr. Redlinger is fantastic as is he. My dentist saw me for an emergency situation, sent the referral over to Dr. Redlinger and I had an appointment within days. Not only was the eval done but the extraction was also done on the same day. Thank you so much! The staff is great. The offices are immaculate. The fees are reasonable. and on top of all that you are treated with respect and kindness. What more could you ask for? Thanks everyone!

Reno Tahoe Oral Surgery is by far the most professional, safe, knowledgeable, and first class operation I have ever been to as a patient or caregiver of a patient. From the first time I took my 96 year old mother through their front door, to my personal first appointment, they greeted us with a smile and a super nice hello, we will be right with you. The Office staff is second to none. They are at the very top of their fields. Kind , courteous, super thoughtful and thorough with not only their questions necessary for your care but also answering any and all questions you will have as a patient or caregiver for a family member. I was amazed when their Office Manager came out into their lobby to meet and greet myself and my 96 year old mother and to make sure we understood all our options for our care. My experience with Dr Redlinger: My procedure consisted of bone grafts, 4 dental implants in my upper jaw. From the time I entered the Dr. office, I was treated with compassion and total professionalism. The Dr. and his staff explained the complete procedure, and were very patient with me, I had lots of questions! The procedure, from my perspective, went perfectly. of course there was swelling over a few days. I literally had zero pain, incredible. I am so grateful that we have such a truly dedicated and incredibly knowledgeable oral surgeon in Reno. I can't thank Dr. Redlinger and his amazing staff enough!

Went in to see about implants. Dr. Redlinger explained all my options in a clear and concise manner. Instead of him saying this is what I need to do, he gave me choices at which time I said what if it was you Doc? Plan was made.

Each appointment I have had, from the initial consult, pre-op, post-op, etc. all of the staff are very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Everything was explained thoroughly, all questions answered, no matter how insignificant. They create a very comfortable, caring atmosphere and a level of trust that their patient care is their number one priority.

It was my consultation appointment. I thought I would be charged as consultation. But found out they charged me the dental exam and the every 5 yr panorama (which used up mine in 5yrs). I believed dental field has its consultation diagnostic code for billing. So now my own dentist couldn’t get panoramic 5 yrs later and could get my dental exam from my dentist one time (1 out of 2 in a yr). Dr himself was nice and thoughtful ??. But the charging/billing issue messed up my regular dental plan.

Got me in asap due to broke molar under gum line another dentist tried to get it out but I felt everything and they refered me here. They turned my worst experience into a good one. Thank u for your caring professional service. Best oral surgeon ever

In addition to Dr. Scott Redlinger being an extremely well qualified and experienced oral surgeon, he and his staff are professional, courteous and personable. You may find a different oral surgeon that is satisfactory but I doubt any better! :-)
