Dr. Shappered is so helpful and knowledgeable in taking care of my health concerns. He is kind and aware of me, and I really feel that I'm not just another faceless patient but that he cares about me and meeting my medical needs.

In and out on time. Scott listened about my issue , showed concern and offered a solution.

For example, this appt was physical follow up, but he takes time to investigate how I’m doing 1 year post spinal cord back surgery, my sleep cycles, fitness and mental health with parenting, work family life. Really appreciate Dr Shappard contribution to the tradecraft and Treasure Valley Idaho!!

He is patient oriented. His attention is on the patient and he listens closely to what a patient is saying. He is a very caring doctor and also very good at helping me understand my medical situation. I am comfortable in his presence.

Dr. Shappard is one of the most caring physicians I have ever had. He is so personable, that a doctor visit is not something I dread. He is usually on time, so you are not spending a long time just waiting for him. If further tests are needed, he arranges them in a timely manner.

Every visit is exceptional. I am always treated as a person, not just a symptom. Dr. Shappard is warm, genuine, thorough, knowledgeable, and always gives great references when you need a specialist. I have been Dr. Shappards patient since I moved to Idaho in 2010. He has seen me through the years with genuine concern and excellent care. He has looked after me during tragic and stressful times; when my daughter passed away in 2010, through bouts of C-PTSD, and when I accidentally fell into a long burning campfire at CJ Strike in 2018. That accident caused me to spend a year at the U of U Burn Center, in Utah. After I came home I wanted to see no one but Dr. Shappard. My care is complicated, but he navigates it with ease. I highly recommend this physician for you if you want to be treated with great consideration, warmth, and a thorough diagnosis.

I love love love ( did I mention love) Dr Shappard. His staff is 5 star as well. I am the patient who is afraid of needles. His nurse gave me a B12 shot in my arm and I didn’t even feel it. That’s a first! Keep up the excellent work everybody Debi

Check up from recent back surgery done by Dr. Duckworth. Went over all the symptoms that led up to surgery. And thoroughly discussed my home care and activities for healing. Wants to continue doing my 6 month check ups.

Dr. Sheppard is the best doctor I have had in the last 5 years. I’m originally from California, had a few doctors, however Dr. Shappard stands out the best I’ve had. He listened to what I have concerns about and made me feel at ease with his thought’s, suggestions and concerns I had. He takes his time and gets to know you and not only the patient, the family to.
