Not using this dr again
Dr showed no interest in hearing about my symptoms from my post concussion syndrome and would cut me off anytime I tried to voice my concerns. I’m really struggling cognitively. The visits were a waste of time

No!
I don't understand how people gave this doctor good reviews. One of my visits was about 10 minutes. We sat in his office. His desk was dirty. He asked me who prescribed the dosage for Tegretol. (???) He changed the dosage, then said goodbye. (?????) His office has since moved, and it's close to me. I have to drive pass his office to get to my new doctor, who is 15 minutes away. Guess what? I don't mind.

I was in a car accident in October and am in physical therapy for post concussion syndrome. I was told my this”doctor” that I don’t need anymore therapy when my therapist is worried about me. I’ve recently gotten tremors and he tells me it’s from a medication I’ve been taking for 7 years. He realased me back to work doing heavy lifting with no exceptions. I’m currently looking for a new neurologist for a second opinion to find out what my tremors are from. If you can go to someone else for neurology do so he won’t help just waste your time.

Office/desk staff member was especially personable and friendly. Moreso than any we've experienced in a LONG time. Others should take lessons from her! Doctor was attentive and thorough. Listened carefully to me and provided relevant information. Would highly recommend.

My visit was prompt from an Emergency Room visit, so my concern about my health is a great deal. My time with the provider was brief and I felt rushed, which should not have been the case. When I expressed my concerns the response received was very 1 sided not thought through nor did the provider take the time to to explain In further detail so that my self someone who does not workin the medical field could truly understand the feedback being provided. Thank you

Scott R. Sharetts is the worst "doctor" I have ever met in the medical profession. Having post-concussion syndrome, I was seen by this "doctor" 3 times. Each time I saw him, I was not able to get a word out because he would cut me off and would speak over me at every visit. Each visit took only 5 minutes. I don't find that to be ample time when trying to obtain medical treatment for head trauma. His bedside manner is the worst. He thinks he knows it all and in my condition, he is far off in left field. Scott R. Sharetts has released me back to my job where the injury occurred. He wasted my time and now I am working on getting a new neurologist to handle my medical issue. If you have the option to see someone other than him then do it. I went to this man with an open mind only to find that he truly is a 1 to 2 star "doctor".

The office very cluttery and a mess. Receptionists rude and nosey. Sharon is the only staff member who is kind and helpful. Sharetts didn't care and had no clue. He gave me lots of samples of different meds. He told me call and let him know which one helps. I was forced to see him by my insurance company. Thank goodness I was able to switch. He told me I'd be fine. Well I ended up needing spine surgery. He never sent me for a MRI. I had several disc herniations that required a fusion. Run!!

I was very pleased with my visit to Dr. Sharetts. He put a lot of effort into sifting through a large amount of medical data related to my case. During my visit, he was very thorough and asked questions relevant to my issue. He made me feel comfortable during my visit and was receptive to what I had to say. I'm glad I opted to make an appointment with him.

I lost my driver's license because of his incompetence. He told me I didn't need the anti-seizure medication I was taking for 7 years but he'd prescribe it if. "I wanted my security blanket. " I was told over the phone by a staff member to discontinue my medication because it wasn't necessary.Neither he nor the woman who called me, knew that the medication, lamotrigine, Lamictal, has to be tapered off slowly, not just quit "cold turkey",or you have horrible side-effects from the withdrawal
