It took 3 years to get Village Medical's false diabetes diagnosis removed from my chart. Also, Village Medicals office manager will not return any of my 8 calls regarding a billing error they made. I have filed a complaint with Medicare regarding this bill. All Village medical has to do is re-submit this bill to Medicare using the correct Billing Code but they refuse to do so. Never Again will I go toVillage Medical!

I have been canceled on three times in a row including a phantom appointment. The first blowoff occurred when I appeared for an appointment listed on both my phone and work calendar - neither of which was apparently the right time. I was told 'we may have rescheduled, but we don't know'. Fine, mistakes happen. Second was a call a day before my appointment where the NP I normally see (again, never seen the MD) quit. I understand and reschedule, and get told the MD doesn't see patients and I would need to see another NP. Today, I go in for that visit only to be told 'you don't have a visit today, we canceled it yesterday'. No one called me again, and they expect me to continue this exercise? I found out they became part of the Village Medical family over the summer. Do yourself a favor and avoid this poorly run practice. I think they only want to do telehealth visits.

I have been a patient of Dr Wilson since I was in my late 20's, I am just about 46 now. I had a heart attack a week ago....when my wife finally got through to the Charter Care/PRIME office the response was "Dr Wilson is booked until December." This office's phone line is ALWAYS busy, leaving a message is pointless it is a dead end with no return call. If you have a prescription, no refills are allowed until they get you in for an office visit. Nothing about your condition may have changed, but that office visit translates to money. The nurse practitioners rotate constantly and you never see the same person so you go through an entire redo of your history every visit. But...he drives a Macclaren sports car....so hey, that's what's important. YOUR health and care as a patient? not so much. Steer clear.

I have had a very good experience with Doctor Wilson in the past, but his practice has been shifted to PAs and NPs which I have not had the best experiences with. Dr. Wilson's direct involvement with patients is very limited.
