Dr. Dawson is amazing! He has one of the best bedside manners I’ve ever seen and experienced. He is kind, informative, understanding and treats the family of the patient just as well as the patient. I highly recommend him!

Words
In my first review I commented on the professional way the receptionist carried themselves. However I had nothing positive to say in reference to Doctor Dawson. That review did not meet their guidelines and was not posted. So I try again. I waiting in the second waiting room for a hour and a half before the doctor walked in. In his comments to me I thought he was condescending. It was as if he was late and what ever caused him to be late was effecting the way he carried hisself with the manner in which he spoke to me. I am 66 years old and he displayed the worst doctor “bedside manner” I’ve ever witnessed . We discussed my tinnitus and dizziness. He constantly stated my tinnitus was caused by different things. However I told him I remember the minute I got tinnitus. I got it in the military at the weapons range on the DMZ in South Korea. This appeared to offend him, why? I do not know why. I praying this review meet the community standards.

Utterly furious
Sought treatment with Dawson for my son's chronic sinus infection (over a year). We kept returning explaining that the problem persisted...my son was chronically exhausted, coughed constantly, and absolutely could NOT breathe. Even after we requested more extensive diagnostics, Dawson patronizingly persisted that "the infection is gone". He prescribed multiple allergy medications that had no impact on the problem and said "after we get allergy testing" we can determine the next step. Needless to say, we sought treatment elsewhere. The first thing the new ENT ordered was a sinus CT; results of that showed my son's right sinus was completely occluded. He explained that all the medication my son was on would have a negligible effect because of the abnormal anatomy, and he validated that my son's other complaints (extreme tiredness, cough, headaches) were a direct result of the occluded sinus. I would definitely not recommend Dawson. He is condescending and has a lot to learn.
