Dr. Garmin is kind and thoughtful, and seems to truly understand and consider the importance of taking mental health into account when treating patients. Unlike other doctors, he really heard my concerns instead of writing me off as just another patient with anxiety. I am a patient with anxiety, but that was not my issue this time; I greatly appreciated his ability to take that into consideration and also know where to differentiate it and actually help me. Definitely recommend him as a doctor, and certainly recommend to anyone who is tired of physical, emotional or mental health issues being swept under the blanket diagnoses of anxiety without additional consideration.
