Everyone at his office are friendly, polite, respectful and knowledgeable! The Doctor is as always friendly, he listens to what you have to say. He doesn’t leave a stone unturned. Then he explains your options.

Lied about my down recovery time instead of days it was weeks then 2 months with infection.The problem was all caused by him not prescribing any pain medication!! The recovery nurse was surprised and she said I will have to just use over the counter pain medsand that’s what I did every 4 hrs for two weeks! He then said it was infected at my appointment and put me on an antibiotic and then gave me pain medication.He then had his intern remove the staples and when done the intern didn’t clean blood off and when he saw incision was open he put a couple sterri strips on it and said I can go and rushed out. I left a trail of blood on floor when getting off the gurney alone because he rushed off he didn’t even clean blood off my ankle or put a bandage on it three days later it got infected and I spent a week in the hospital. I just canceled my back surgery and and almost died with bilaoblood clots in my lungs previously when I had back surgery! Michigan orthopedic medicine sucks!!!

Office girls very nice. Dr Matuszak did a great job of explaining my issue and solutions. Plus as horrible as the 'shot' is he did it with very little pain.

From the moment we walked in, we were treated with kindness by the entire staff; and Dr. Matsuzak is a wonderful doctor. He takes time with each patient and not only finds the problem and solution but also explains how, why, what to do next. He's been very patient and kind with my daughter and helped us understand all of her options and choose the best treatment. We've seen many Orthopedic doctors for her over the years but none as great as Dr. Matsuzak. We were lucky to be referred to him!

I’ve been having ankle problems and pain in my right ankle and have been seeing Dr. Matuszak for pain management with cortisol injections versus ankle surgery and it has been helping tremendously!!! I am very happy with the care from Dr. Matuszak and when the time comes to have ankle surgery he will be the one to do it!!! Thank you Dr. Matuszak!!
