Excellent staff! Appointments are very well managed. Dr McWilliams uses all available resources to help diagnose issues and communicates results to patients very well. Surgery was a good choice for me to address three issues and was very successful! I am a happy patient!!!

Dr was excellent, but billing very poor. My Medicare and fl blue supplement ins. Covered the procedure I was to have but billing said I had to pay the supplement part of 702.00 up front and they would reimburse me when they got paid even though they checked with my fl blue and were told they would pay for the procedure,very sorry billing practice. I could even pay the day I went in,they wanted me to make a special trip to pay up front before they would schedule an appointment.will never use this Dr again or recommend him.

I presented with chronic sinus infections from very low IG-A. Dr. McWilliams was very thorough in initial diagnosis and treatment, he was very diligent and determined to help me. After three months of systematic and progressive treatment he determined that my nasal anatomy would not allow my sinus to function properly and recommended surgery. I agreed and surgery was performed at Sacred Heart Destin. I felt better right away and followed Dr. McWilliams directions post op to the letter. Follow up visits were outstanding, he continued his due diligence to insure I healed efficiently and anatomically sound. Dr. McWilliams cultured my sinus in order to prescribe the prophylactic antibiotic rinse to keep my sinus clear. I have never been able to breathe this well and I feel wonderful. My sinus can drain and I’m able to keep infection from reoccurring. I am extremely pleased with the result and Dr. McWilliams. Highly recommend his services. His staff is professional and accommodating.

Dr. McWilliams is an awesome doctor and person. He is very personable. He explains everything that he's doing. I've had the best outcome for my nasal surgery that I could've gotten. The staff is also very friendly and bend over backwards to get you scheduled if there is an issue. Overall, one of the best clinics in the Tri-City area.

Staff is professional and courteous. Dr. McWilliams is the BEST! He saved my hearing with surgery. Highly recommended.

My health has greatly improved since being in his care, and my energy level has greatly improved. I highly recommend him. His staff is kind and respectful. The office is managed well and runs smoothly.

Dr. McWilliam and his staff are the best in Okaloose county. I am 85 and have seen many doctors. From my first visit to the followup visit, the doctor explained everything to expect and the staff was very accommodating helping to get things set up for the hospitalization and surgery. Having recently moved to Florida and needing to establish myself as a new patient with an ENT doctor due to a previous surgery on my ear, Dr. Sean McWilliams graciously accepted me and as he came highly recommended I was pleased. First encounter was the gentleman at his front desk who couldn’t be more pleasant or helpful if he tried. When Dr McWilliams entered the room I immediately felt at ease as I was treated more like a long standing patient. Knowing what he was going to be doing inside my ear I was tense and waiting for the associated pain and discomfort but it never happened. I left his office with my hearing much improved and I’m grateful. I only wish he had an audiologist on-site as part of his practice.

Very knowledgeable, prompt, explains well

My son had a severe deviated septum. On a scale of 1-10, 10 the being the worst, he was 9.5. When Dr. McWilliams examined him, we were shocked by how small his airway was in both nostrils. His nose was also misshapen due to the deviation extending down so far. Dr. McWilliams said to fix it cosmetically, a plastic surgeon would need to do the repair. I read he was the best and specialized in deviated septum's. So, due the airway issue and his great reviews, we scheduled surgery. Everything went extremely smooth from start/finish. He even had us walk-in when my son accidently sneezed through his nose 1 day postop and did it at no charge. The difference in my son is amazing. He's sleeping better and doesn't get fatigued with exercise, which he didn't even realize was related to the deviation until after the surgery. Cosmetically his nose looks great and I'm not dreading his senior pictures now. If you need an ENT, he's your man for his skill, compassion and phenomenal office staff!
