Dr. Sean Simon, MD

I went for neck liposuction. I was not forewarned about the permanent loose skin hanging after the procedure. He tried to do a correction. He put a stitch right down the center of my neck, tying the stitches knot at my tip of my chin where it was obvious. Now I have a permanent bump at the tip of my chin. The scar would not lay flat and was red for years the length of the stitch and I had to pay thousands of dollars in lasers to try and flatten it and make it less noticeable. And I still have the saggy skin. He couldn’t even correct it and I have scars. Avoid him!!!

I am sharing a deeply traumatic experience with Dr. Sean Simon in Coral Gables, Miami. After choosing him for surgery in 2020 to remove my breast implants and replace them with my own fat for a natural look, the results were disastrous. Despite his initial professionalism, Dr. Simon showed a complete lack of empathy post-payment. He left visible scars in highly noticeable areas, disregarding my request for discreet incisions. His fat extraction was minimal despite my weight gain for the procedure, leaving me completely unsatisfied with my body shape. The fat transfer to my breasts failed, resulting in asymmetry and poor breast, requiring two expensive corrective surgeries in Colombia. When I expressed dissatisfaction very respectfully, Dr. Simon dismissed my concerns and threatened to call the police, leaving me traumatized till now. I urge others to avoid Dr. Simon due to his unprofessionalism and lack of empathy. I still have the horrible scars you see in this photos to this day.

I went to Dr. Simon interested in stomach lipo (I’ve always had a tiny pooch) and he said i was a candidate. Since I was going under, I decided to also do my inner things since they’ve always rubbed when I walked. I had surgery in Sept 2022 and after swelling went down my stomach was uneven and my thighs still rubbed. At my 6 month follow-up he told me I should’ve had a tummy tuck, NOT at my consultation AFTER he did my lipo!!! I was told to get more massages. When that didn’t work he said he would do a touch-up ($500). They used local anesthesia for the touch-up and I cried , shook and clawed the chair as I felt EVERYTHING! The worst pain!!! This time he flattened my stomach and took too much fat out of my thighs. One thigh had a roll afterwards so I had a 3rd surgery where he had to inject fat back into my thigh. Fast forward, my stomach and thighs are deformed and I need reconstructive surgery from his horrible work. I now have stomach skin rolls and cry every day.

Wish I could give zero stars. Dr Simon will tell you exactly what you want to hear in order for you to do a procedure with him and then when it doesn’t come out the way he tells you it will look, He will say there’s always a possibility that this could happen, but never mentioned the possibility of anything going wrong during your consultation. As a client, it’s not my job to ask what could go wrong. It’s his job to explain The possibilities of something going wrong so that you can make a decision whether it makes sense for you or not to go through with it. I had saline implants and I wanted to switch them out for silicone if they would be perkier. He told me he was 100% able to do that without a lift and they looked the exact same as when we started. Complete waste of time and money highly highly do not recommend as other doctors will tell you the truth and tell you that you do need a lift and not just what you want to hear to get $7000 out of you.

I have all good things to say about Dr. Simon but I was treated poorly and was disrespected by the office manager Alicia Gil. Because of her I decided not to continue with any of the procedures I was planning on doing.

Dr.Simon is a great surgeon. His office staff, specifically Elizabeth-Betancourt,are the trashiest of the trashy! I would stay away as Miami has much better doctors.

I had a breast lift and implants about a year ago and I am very pleased with the results. Dr Simon and his staff are very professional. He listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked of him. I would definitely recommend him!!

Extremely pleased with my experience with Dr. Simon and associates. Truly top notch service, Dr. Simon took the time to listen to my many questions, concerns, desired outcome. My breast augmentation results are better than I could have ever expected, practically no scarring after only two months. I would do it again in a second! Highly recommended, five star service.

Very unhappy with breast augmentation result, although for another $3000, a possible, temporary solution was proposed. No thanks.
