Dr. Sean Walcott, DDS

After waiting 5 weeks for a consult, I was told by a nurse that he was not able to help. No assistance on what I was to do next...after the insurance hoops I had to jump through, I am quite sure he saw the xray before I arrived and could have contacted me. He wouldn't even speak to me, nurse did. Now after all this, I'm back to start over...does anyone care that I need antibiotics and I'm in pain everyday...I would never recommend this facility....

As a healthcare professional, I brought a friend to this office for oral surgery with sedation. My friend is a Medicaid patient. She was stuck 4 times for an IV, then it was insinuated the reason they could not start an IV was her fault. She was told she would have to have the oral surgery at a surgical center or a hospital. They took what little money she had, and let her walk out of their office with no further plan to arrange any further care. My friend waited months for Medicaid to approve this procedure, and now she must start over with no further referrals or recommendations from this surgeon or his office management. I’m appalled! I will make sure I warn as many families/friends as I can to stay far away from this clinic.

Dr. Walcott is an excellent surgeon and I highly recommend him!
