Office and Doctor not very good at responding!
I've been waiting for over a month for a phone call back from Dr. Pagni and his team. It was understood that my condition was critical and whenever I call, I get excuse after excuse. I finally switched doctors and have been in and reassured about my procedure going forward. His office used the excuse that they were moving and that's why they haven't gotten back to me. I've tried to be patient, but enough is enough. Very disappointed with my experience.

Heart surgery
Dr. Pagni repaired my Mitral valve and replaced the aortic valve. Also, had Quintuple bypass, as well as heart ablation. The outcome was great. Have not had one episode of angina pain since the surgery a year ago and feel much better. At their recommendation, I have greatly modified my diet to be more healthy.

Dr. Pagni repaired my mom's heart with bypass and a new valve. He was amazing! There has not been a doctor, that I can remember, that has been so kind and attentive! He took extremely good care of my mother! Tabitha, his ANP was as good as they get! She cared and watched over my mom's recovery in every way! We feel very blessed to have had them as surgeons who save lives in every way!

Dr. Pagni truly saved my dads life. He learned about my dads problem and performed open heart surgery two days later on a Sunday. This was an off day for him so it shows how much he cares about others. The nurses say it's more of an art to Dr. Pagni than surgery. I really believe this man has saved many and many of lives, sometimes performing 4 surgeries a day. I'm lost for words these days all I can say is thank you Dr. Pagni.

A wonderful and caring physician. He was my husband's surgeon first and years later became mine. I highly recommend him!

I did a lot of research before my surgery and I'm so glad I found Dr. Pagni. From the very beginning my Mom & I both loved him. He spent a lot of time going over everything and answered all our questions & concerns without feeling rushed like a lot of doctors these days. He is one of the best in his field, and I heard it time and time again before & after my surgery. It was the best decision I ever made! My surgery was very complex but he was able to repair instead of replace which was amazing!
