Been with Dr. Briones for well over 15 yrs, he's straight forward and his no nonsense approach is what I really enjoy. Yes the practice is not hi-tech, its a old school family practice but that what I like. He's well respected by all of my specialist - oncologist, cardiologist, etc. and the referrals he's provided me with have alwats been top of the line

Horrible ! Takes forever to see a doctor. No Email or technology. very slow service. will NOT give referrals to other specialists. charges you a visit fee even if you cancel in advance!

I have never experienced such unprofessional service — from a medical practice at that! I am equal parts angry and heartbroken right now. I’ve called 3 times since 3 business days ago for an approval of refills on my prescription. I have been without my hypertension medicine and am feeling the side effects of it. I don’t know why this Dr allows his rude wife to work the front desk. Long story short — I kept leaving the pharmacist empty handed and was literally screamed at by his wife over the ph

My wife, my children and I have been at Dr. Briones' office. He is always professional on his practice, trying always to give us what we need and not what we want. His staff is professional and friendly. We have been with Dr. Briones for 12 years and never we have seen any problem on their practice or office management. We have a deep gratitude for Dr. Briones, his wife and employees.

This Dr. Segundo A. Briones and his wife that is the receptionist should be investigated for thievery. Theses people are constantly trying to figure out a way of charging you for anything they could. Even if you go in knowing that your visit is fully covered you end up walking out with paying additionally. For example my wife was supposed to get "JUST A REFGULAR PHYSICAL" when she walked out the family doctor (Dr.Briones) gave her a full physical ( pap smear) when he's not a gineacologist.

I saw him for the first time in 2001. He did a complete physical, and asked me if I had any concerns. I told him and he set me up some consults to follow up on my concerns. I saw the specialists, and because of that I was given a diagnosis, "I AM LIVING" because of the diagnosis I am getting treated and my live expectancy is much longer. THANKS TO YOU DR BRIONES
