Dr. Seif Elbualy, MD

Dr. Elbualy referred me to his associate, Dr. Le. In dire pain, waited 10 days for an appointment. At appointment, waited over 1 hour to see Dr. Le. He recommended a procedure. He assured me I would receive a phone call with an appointment the very next day. No phone call still. Phones for the appointment. Only a voice mail answered. Still in pain and no procedure scheduled as yet. Very disappointed!

I was enduring constant back pain and this terrific doctor did not give up until the final procedure worked.His staff was caring and available.

From start to finish Dr. Elbualy and his staff were so caring, efficient and very kind. I’m excited to have first radio frequency ablation next month, as I’m confident from our consultation.

The office is very responsive, and Dr. Elbualy explains everything very clearly and is easy to talk to. He is conservative in his approach, and you feel confident with his recommendations. Many procedures are done in his office and you are not kept waiting.

Dr. Seif Elbualy and his team are the finest group of Pain Management specialists one could find anywhere. My spine is “collapsing”. I receive targeted Radio Frequency Ablation periodically to manage the associated pain. The entire procedural experience is made pleasant through the professional caring of his nurses, and Dr Elbualy himself who keeps his patient advised throughout. Such a nice human being. I feel very Blessed to have had Pain Management Anesthesiologist Dr Seif Elbualy recommended to me. I have seen him for probably five years.

The entire office is friendly and puts you at ease immediately. This group operates like a well oiled machine. Excellent synergy between the doctor and his staff. They are also very accommodating when I make my appointments as I travel quite a distance. I wish Dr. Elbualy had an office in my town.

I was favorably impressed with and how the support/office staff requested information from me. This went further in our meeting with the doctor who answered all of the questions posed by my daughter and myself as well as describing the procedure. I feel totally confident that Dr. Elbualy will help reduce the pain that I'm now experiencing at the ablation scheduled for next Monday morning.

1st visit to get established. my wife is pt. & spoke highly of Dr. I have had back prob. since 1992 & have had inj. over the yrs. w/ good results. Am establishing residency in this area. As a surgeon I found the office welcoming & efficient. It was clean & well lit. I was seen at apt. time & after filling out history & after BP was taken was seen by Dr Elbualy very soon after. Dr. Elbauly is an excellent physician. He genuinely cares about his patients. He listens. That in and of itself is rare in today’s world. He is very compassionate. I play 2-4 hours of tennis and pickleball every day and was severely hampered by severe lower back pain. Three years ago, after much research on-line to find a specialist to resolve my back pain, I found Dr. Elbualy at the Boca Raton Hospital. Both were rated very well. I found Dr. Elbualy very personable and efficient and he diagnosed the source of my pain as being the nerves on both sides of the lower part of my spine. He told me that he could perform a spinal ablation which would deaden the nerves and likely reduce the pain. The pain relief was instantaneous and he told me that it could be effective for a short time or as long as 18-24 months. Now, 37 months later, I am still pain free in my back and still play tennis, pickleball and snow ski. He gave me my life back and I am incredibly grateful. I highly recommend him.
