I saw him about cataracts. He said I didn’t have them but he could fix my drooping eyelids. He said I was constantly lifting my brows, trying to see better. I heard great comments from his nurses, and I decided to go with the surgery. Surgery went very well. He operated on both eyes at once. He marked the eyelids precisely before the surgery and trimmed just enough. He used self dissolving stitches and the entire operation was over in half an hour. I was awake during the surgery with local anesthesia. There was swelling after and my eyes looked blackened and bruised. I did not have a lot of pain and it was under control with some acetaminophen. Within two weeks the stitches had come off and my eyes lids looked normal. Four months later , he went back and fixed my right eyelid which was still drooping a bit. That surgery went well and made my eyes look symmetrical. I now wake up refreshed and ready to go. Dr. Lee is an exceptional surgeon. I would recommend him with no hesitation.

I just had ptosis repair. I am extremely happy with the results; I have been unable to see properly for several years and this issue had impacted my driving, not to mention other activities of daily living.

Dr Lee did an upper eyelid lift on me to correct sagging lids that made me look very grumpy/old and impacted my vision. I was nervous before the surgery but took the chance given Dr Lee’s glowing reviews online and from other Kaiser MDs/ nurses. To say that I am THRILLED with the results would be an understatement. My eyes now look open, alert, symmetrical, and I don’t have to constantly raise my brows to look like I’m not angry with people. Dr Lee was compassionate in bedside manner, meticulous/ a perfectionist in his work, and a true expert in eye surgery. I am so grateful to him for improving my quality of life and overall appearance with what turned out to be a painless surgery and speedy recovery. Highly recommend Dr Lee!!

Dr Lee was very professional, listened and answered all my questions in detail to my satisfaction. Did a fantastic job with my Evisceration and the weeks following surgery he was still with me answering any questions I had, making sure I had the best care. Both he and his staff are excellent!
