This doctor lacks empathy. She refuses to refill my scripts for depression and now I will have to go through withdrawal from medicine she originally prescribed. She is condescending and patronizing. I wish Barbara Rideout never retired. I miss her.

Will not return calls. Takes many calls to get prescriptions renewed. , if you are lucky. Makes false notes in your file to cover the fact that she forgets to send in prescriptions. Cancels appointments minutes before the scheduled time. Takes weeks to get appointments if sick and staff will not leave message for her to call if you need medical advise. Been a patient for years but since this dr took over, horrible service. Will be reporting to Medical Board.

Terrible. Getting this doctor to return a phone call or follow through with what she claims she will do is like pulling teeth. So unprofessional.

I was only in to see her once & she was attentive & professional. I needed a scrip for my meds by mail & it took me 3 weeks & many calls to the office to finally get this done. I am leaving the practice due to this neglect for a simple, but important need for maintenance medication.
