Office has predatory billing practices
Was told they accepted my insurance, but in truth, insurance paid less than $100 and I'm on the hook for $310 for a '30min new patient' appointment.At no point did they warn me that this was how much it may cost.They are also lying. Appointment took about 20minutes and I sat in the room for 10min.I decided against further investigating health problems, chronic pain easier to deal with than UCI Health medical practices. Avoid at all costs

The new facility on Jamboree is beautiful however the signage isn't great. I had a doctors appointment in multi- speciality clinic on third floor Suite 3100. There are no signs or directions to say where to check in. No one seated outside Suite 3100 Staff not that friendly in reception area. I know place is new but you still have things to work out for easy flow

I would like to thank Dr. Sepehr Oliaei for the exam he provided which confirmed my BPPV. Believe it or not after that exam I no longer am experiencing BPPV and I am performing the Brandt-Daroff exercise as recommended by him. Thank you so much. Greatly appreciated.

Impressed with how much the doctor listened to my admittedly unusual symptoms and issues, and offered a new diagnosis to take to my neurologist at UCLA. Very helpful and knowledgeable

It is a long wait to get appointments from specialists, and one's infection is most likely gone by the time of the appointment, so at least some kind of explaination is expected other than just the after statement. But thanks overall.

I had a flat tire on the 60 Freeway West. My back right side tire was totally shredded and I was in a dangerous situation. The doctor and nurses were very nice although I was a few minutes late. Actually I was a little traumatized by the incident and accident. {patient name removed}

I travel 2 hours to UCIrvine to see this ENT Dr ...after speaking with the burse he scheduled ne within a few days to see the dr ...I didn't have to wait months to get in ...Im always treated with respect and kindness the nurse I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful and concerned about my issue ...the Dr is very informative gives me treatment plan options he is always professional and easy to talk to about my issues and he is super nice ...appreciate him and his staff

On doctor website said, head medical services, head, neck, and cancer services, voice and swallowing disorder services. But when I met the doctor, he said he's AMT. He said he doesn't have any expertise in swallowing disorder and voice services. So he referred me to different doctor. He has to change his website. He gave false information. Thank you.
