Just an unpleasant experience during my visits and they weren’t even busy days . Unwilling to extend all of her options and resources. Felt an immense lack of competency from someone that should be reassuring everyone that she knows what’s going on. Leaves abnormal information left unexplained. We request to ask her for more information so we wait for an extra 40 minutes until we decide to leave and right as we arrive home she calls us back. Once we question her more she eventually relays some new information once again, and downplays the abnormalities of my own body. She always had this helpless look. So helpless that as requested she never even brought the requested blanket or had someone else deliver it. The only thing she excelled at was making sure someone was sent to receive billing information.
