Dr. Serene Bethune, DO

Dr. Bethune is the kindest, most compassionate provider I have ever had. She is thurough, knowledgable, and warm. I cannot overstate what a wonderful practioner she is. Truly a breath of fresh air!

She is an absolute wonderful, empathetic, caring physician!! She takes her time and listens and doesn't rush you. She is also very thorough!!! I highly recommend her.

DR B Has been my Primary for about 6 yrs now. She is the best of the best. When she changed Locations to WI, I Followed her from IL. I Couldn't see anybody else. She is FULL OF COMPASION, KINDNESS, And The best of understanding me to the T!! She will ask you questions till she understands and just takes the time with you. Easy to talk to. HIGHLY SUGESSTED !

As far as primary care docs go, safe to say she's the GOAT. Smart, personable, relatable, humble, thorough, and genuine. She has challenged me to own my own wellness and taught me about my own body. She collaborates well with all my specialists, who also speak highly of her. Her practice is getting increasingly busy, but she never treats you like a number. You matter. The whole family will be seeing her now!

Great!! I started with her because of a friends recommendation.I needed a Primary care Provider.She was a great listener and when I read my followup notes from her, I was amazed at how much she remembered about my history without taking notes!! She was thorough and friendly.Easy to talk to. I am glad I have her as my Primary Physician.

Dr. Bethune went above and beyond! She is not even my primary care, but I was referred to her for a knee injection by a colleague in her office. She had obviously spent time reviewing my chart and the imaging I had done beforehand. I found her to be thorough, informative, and reassuring. As an aside during relaxed conversation prior to completing our consultation, when she found out I would be making the trip of a lifetime in my 60's, she accommodated me in her busy schedule (she is booked months out!) to have the procedure done that very day. I was able to take my trip, see all the sights, enjoy my family in NO pain! Then to top it off, she dropped in to say hello and see how my vacation was because she recognized me in the lobby weeks later. I've never felt so cared about, genuinely. Excellent physician!

Dr. Bethune is extremely compassionate and understanding and by far the best doctor my family Has ever had. She takes time to understand her patients concerns and makes them feel very comfortable and in good hands! Love Dr. Bethune so very much!

Dr. Bethune has been absolutely wonderful to my family and myself. At the initial appointments for my husband and I she took the time to understand our past medical history and spent time discussing various options for treatment with us. She hasn't seen our children as patients, but when our son was hospitalized she came by to check in on him and asked if our family needed anything while we were staying. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Bethune. I recommend her highly to anyone!

She is fake and has no idea how to be compassionate in her care for others. Serene does not return phone calls, she does not listen to her patients, she does not work well with other Medical Professionals, she tells many tall tales and makes promises that she in no way intends to deliver on. She comes across as knowledgeable but when her words are fact-checked, she couldn't be further from the truth or reality. This woman is a danger to society and should not be practicing medicine.

Kind, intelligent, talented, and one of the best providers I've ever had.
