I've been in patient of Dr. Celestin for several years. I have to say after seeing various psychiatrists over my lifetime, Dr. Celestin is one of the most caring, knowledgeable, and honest doctors. I wouldn't want to go to anyone else or put my life in any other doctor's hands. Thank you Dr. Celestin for being there for me in my times of need.

I have gone to this doctor several times over the years. He may not be the warmest person, but he does listen to you. He is an astute diagnostician and quickly got me on the proper meds for my condition. If you want someone to hold your hand and empathize with you, he's not the doctor for you, but if you want someone who will accurately treat your illness I highly recommend Dr Celestin.

This man Mr. Celestin (I would not call him a doctor) is literally the WORST person I have ever met. He is condensing, cold-hearted, ignorant, I could go on and on but lets just say he is a waste of oxygen!
He went to "medical school" in Haiti!! . STAY AWAY FORM HIM & THIS PRACTICE.

This man does not care about anyone but his pocket(my opinion)he was nasty, rude, and very unprofessional. He also stole from me. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!

He really is terrible. He asked me what medication I want to take. I'm sorry, I wasn't aware that I get to pay YOU for MY opinion. Our first (and only) consultation was not comprehensive like other doctors I've had in the past. Two red flags told me not to bother again and keep looking.

Sent me a certified letter falsely accusing me of withholding medical history. Long story, but I did nothing wrong. I find it ironic that psychiatrist treating me for anxiety caused me more anxiety by sending me the certified letter. When I did see him in the past, all he did was write me prescriptions. Never spent more than 5 minutes with me. I do not recommend him at all. Reading the letter in the post office caused me to have a major melt down.

Sought his help to taper off Lamictal. He advised "Just stop taking it," apparently unaware of the risk of convulsion and death. Failed to return two calls left on his "emergency pager number." Staff unwilling to follow up to contact him during normal business hours. Two days later I saw him and when I asked why no call back, I got no response. He just asked me again how I was feeling, even though I'd just told him I was suicidal. This man is incompetent and disinterested. Don't go!

This man has zero compassion. Even on crisis he says he thinks you are fine. Does not refer you see anyone else unless you ask. Does not like to adjust medication at all and treats you as though you are drug seeker. I wouldn't send a dog to him.
