Poor Management
This doctor performed a hemorroidectomy surgery and sent me home on anmAcetaminophen and Ketarolac If that is not crazy enough, he abandoned me in the hospital; never followed up or inquired how I was doing. Don’t go anywhere near this guy. You’ll regret it.

Over 25 years ago Dr. Sergio Larach successfully performed surgery on me at Shands at the University of Florida, in G’ville, FL. This was facilitated by Dr. Richard Howard. I may have been the only African American patient at the time when Dr. Larach performed my procedure. Whenever I would occasionally see Dr. Howard, I would thank him, and Dr. Larach for their persistence and dedication in my complete healing.

He ignored patient. Woke up during colonoscopy & he ignored my calling out in pain. Also, didn't do the surgical procedure I requested, causing me to go to a different surgeon in great pain years later.

I had a consultation for a colonoscopy on Feb. 1, 2018 with Dr. Larach. It went well, He told me to schedule the colonoscopy with Josephine. I talked to her when I finished with the doctor and told her I needed to check my schedule. I called and left messages with her 4 times to schedule the procedure and she never returned my calls. After the 4th time I decided it would be better to go to someone else. He's a nice guy. It's a beautiful facility, but Josephine, not so good.
