Solution focused
I’ll always be grateful to Dr. Patton for taking the time to listen and problem solve. I’d been complaining about minor GI symptoms for months to my OB and Bariatric doctors. I knew something wasn’t right but none of the symptoms were really severe. Instead of the “let’s just wait and see what happens” approach my other doctors took, he problem solved and took some next steps. Which all helped lead to a diagnosis of gallstones and a gallbladder that needed to be removed.

Rush visit
I had an appointment he was 20 min late I’ve ask questions feel like I was being rush when he left room I had a couple questions I waited on him in another room i told him I had a couple more questions he said oh no we not doing this today u have to schedule another appointment in a different tone I’ve never met this doctor and on top of that he was late to mine I feel like he was rushing my health and was rude. I’ve lost trust I don’t need a doctor office that rush your health.

TREMENDOUS DOCTOR!!!
Sergio is a super nice doctor! I’ve been to a couple doctors that just lay on the awkwardness for whatever reason but I had the opposite experience with Sergio. He was a good listener with a great bedside manner. He took the time to really talk thru problems and recommend sensible solutions. I’m happy to have found a great PCP! Go see him if you are searching for a good one!
