I have not had the opportunity to meet Dr. Sanchez but I can tell his office staff is terrible. They will ask you to hold and the proceed to put the phone on service so when you call back, a machine answers the call. That is just rude and inconsiderate. I was on hold for about 15 minutes. I hung up and called back because I thought the call dropped when in fact they had just turned the phone over to the service after the girl just asked me to hold.

Dr Sanchez is prepared, focused, interested, and knowledgeable. He does not at all give the impression he is in a hurry to move on to the next patient, but rather that he is interested in being thorough and answering your questions.
