HORRIBLE!
If I could rate him - stars I would. I had the worst interaction with him and he was very dismissive. I went in for ovarian cyst issues and waited for 10 hours in the ER. He saw me twice and the first time he barely said a word. The second time he came in the room it was after 6 hours of not seeing him that he proceeded to tell me there’s nothing wrong with me. I was shot up twice with morphine due to my pain. Then I asked why I got morphine if nothing was wrong with me and he proceeded to be dismissive of my question. Then I did mention how long it took to even get a nurse and he told me “other patients are having strokes and heart attacks, you’re having belly pain”. He made me so uncomfortable, I told him to leave the room since he has made me uncomfortable as a patient. I asked for discharge papers and left. He was not professional, very dismissed and honestly just flat rude. I left ER still not knowing what’s wrong with me and showed in radiology I had 2 cysts one on each side.

I was a patient in the Emergency Emergency Department due to possible Post COVID Vaccine (Day-4) - side effects and was very nervous and scared. All the ED staff and Radiology staff demonstrated professionalism, kindness and very pleasant and helpful to me. Dr. de Los Angeles visited me at least 4 times during my 5 hour stay, explained to me the POC, updated me with each test results and even bought snacks for me . His Professionalism with personal touch, smile and calming demeanor kept me calm. So pleased with his Professionalism with personalization, compassionate and humbleness, that's what all the patients need when they come to the ED, especially during this COVID time, without any family or friends nearby.

Does not do a thorough exam and does not provide good patient bedside manner. Instead he dismisses patient concerns as trivial.
