Dr Berman is an extremely unprofessional physician who is condescending and demeaning when speaking with her patients/ family members. Dr. Berman lacks the ability to connect with her patients while ensuring patients that her patients completely understands their care. When working in vulnerable communities, it would be helpful for her in order to provide optimal patient care for her to leave her bias at the door.
