As you can imagine, finding out you have cancer is devastating. Luckily Dr. Cohen was highly recommended and I thank God everyday. Two years ago I met with him and found him to be so intelligent, funny, truly caring. He gives me hope every time I see him. I consider him to be an extension of my family. From the office staff to all the wonderful nurses I say thank so much

Exceptional Doctor
Not only he is a fantastic doctor but he has what everyone is looking for in a doctor, exceptional care and wonderful bedside manner. He does not rush his time with his patients. There isn't anyone I know who is Dr. Cohen's patient who has negative feedback. I am from NY and like most New Yorkers believed that any great doctor must practice in New York. Don't let geography guide you in choosing a doctor. He is the best.

Thank Goodness!!!
I’m so grateful to Dr. Seth Cohen for the care he provided me. He set aside a conventional treatment plan normally prescribed for my age, genetic history, scans and lab results and pursued additional diagnostics. This led to Dr. Cohen discovering that I qualified for a fairly new oral medication that has been life changing in my case, as my side effects have been minimal and my metastatic condition has improved dramatically!

Dr. Cohen has been treating my husband for years. We have a great deal of confidence in his knowledge. He is compassionate, understanding, caring, a good listener and has a great sense of humor. Dr. Cohen has a way of explaining everything clearly in everyday language. A true professional, Dr. Cohen cares about his patients every hour and everyday, not just during appointment time. We are blessed that we have Dr. Cohen with us on this journey and highly recommend him to anyone who needs an oncologist.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in November 2012 and choose Dr. Cohen as my oncologist which was the best decision I made. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and caring and has a great sense of humor which was a blessing to me. Cankles, Dr. Cohen! Patients are not just numbers to him. I always felt better after seeing him and still do. I trust him 100% and I highly recommend him.

If it wasn't for Dr. Cohen my mother would not be here today. My mom is now 66 , she was diagnosed with stage 3 metastatic breast cancer 4 years ago .She loved Dr.Cohen , he knows what he is doing and cares about his patients. I am very picky with Doctors especially in Ocean County , I usually go up north or to NY or PA but Cohen is great !!!

I had a radical nephrectomy, due to a large tumor wrapped around my left kidney. After the operation the pathology report showed positive for cancer cells. I seemed to be doing well and recovering for the first four months. Lumps started to push out along my impressive scar like horns growing on an animals head. Cancer cells had become metastatic on my abdominal wall. This prelude is so you can understand the weight of the choice of a Doctor. Doctor Cohen one week after my first visit, had me on treatment with targeted chemo and immune therapy at the same time. His decision and because of my first meeting with him and his staff gave me the confidence and faith to go with it, saved my life. Within two weeks the results were miraculous. Two years later I am still on the same treatment and doing very well. A lot of great things played a part with me still being here, but it begun with Doctor Seth Cohen. From going to the treatment center I know a lot of people say, Thank You Doctor Cohen!

This doctor was nothing but unethical to a family member of mine. If you’d like to be written off and be strung along for hope then this is your guy. Absolutely unprofessional and should be reported. I would have given ZERO stars but that was not an option.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Cohen?
I absolutely would not recommend Dr. Cohen and here are just some of the reasons: - Poor job of explaining the current state of my family member’s condition. - Spent bare minimum of time with my family member during visits. - Many months would pass with the doctor not seeing my family member - at times 6+ months. He would simply review the charts and blood tests and adjust the regimen without speaking to the patient. Mediocre, arrogant, and socially inept person = Dr. Cohen.
