My 3 year old son saw him in the ER on day 13 of being sick with Covid. He refused to do anything to treat him, said he didn’t really have Covid, he had allergies or a different virus from, in his words “our couch”. My husband had Covid and was hospitalized with Covid pneumonia and respiratory failure and this doctor still argued that my sons cough, which was so bad that it was making him vomit, was covid related. My son was coughing so bad, he could not do any sort of activity or carry on a conversation without coughing attacks. His suggestion of a treatment was to “knock him out with Benadryl or melatonin” so he would sleep through all the coughing. He also failed to see that my son had an ear infection starting. My child’s pediatrician saw him the next day and had to put him on antibiotics, steroids, children’s robitussin, and inhaler and my son started improving immediately. Funny how this quack claimed there was nothing that could be done to help my son.
