I saw Dr. Mindell back in 2015 at which time he had to 'accept' me into his practice. I recently tried to make an appointment for a physical and was told they needed permission from Dr. Mindell to see me and they would get back to me. It has been more than a month. I never heard back. I just tried to make an appointment, and was told I am now considered a new patient and again have to get permission from Dr. Mindell to see me. Since I never heard back the first time, I don't expect to hear back this time. I will be going elsewhere. I work at a dr's office, and we would never turn down a patient, let alone a patient that had already been seen at out office, no matter how long ago it was. Very disappointed, especially since I come from a family of doctors.
