Worst experience ever with this business. I came here for an X-ray. I checked their business hours on their website and it stated 8-5pm. I got there and was in line at 4pm. While waiting in line, the front desk said they are no longer processing X-rays and for us to come back. I tried to talk to the front desk person but she was very rude. She would not listen to what I was saying and even said at one point, "yes, I am rude." She just kept saying other branches are available. She would not give me her name and when asked for the manager's phone number, she would only give me their main number which connects to the front desk. This explains her arrogant attitude- there is no easy mechanism to file a complaint. The only contact number available is the one that connects to the front desk which means any complaint is ensured to not go anywhere. Calling the main phone number is useless as you will never got an answer. This is complete disrespect for customers!
