I'll never forget the day I went for a check up a few years ago, only for her to berate me about how it hadn't been a full year yet. I heard her yell my name as she was walking down the hall and when she entered the room she was annoyed/angry. I had severe anxiety at the time so this was so traumatizing for me. I just sat there getting yelled at about how she could "do the check up anyway" but she'd charge me. I left that place feeling ashamed for no reason. She does not care about her patients.
