Dr. Shaban Nazarian, MD

Hard to find good thyroid care and no exception here. Only looks at labs and doesn't take into account how you feel (claims he does, but doesn't). I begged for dose changes based off symptoms and he said no. Told me it was in my head. Worst experience I have ever had. I was postpartum and dealing with extreme symptoms from thyroiditis. I would reach out on portal and call begging for help because the soonest appt was three months out and not hear back. When I finally met with him I asked if there was a better way to do this because 'I reached out on the portal begging for help, I felt so miserable, and heard nothing back.' This angered him, he raised his voice at me, and told me it was not an emergency. Silly me to assume a doctor should care if his patient's life is affected by symptoms (for months!), especially when there is an easy fix. Still refused to help and listen. New doctor listened and adjusted meds, have felt better ever since. Waiting a min. 30 minutes every time I saw him

Dr. Nazarian is top notch. You don't see doctors like this. He is so informative, thorough, and beyond educated. He takes his time with his clients and really digs in and treats the issues. You leave feeling like things got taken care of and accomplished.

Hands down the best doctor I’ve ever seen. He spent over an hour with me discussing my concerns and coming up with a strategy for treatment. He is so knowledgeable, experienced, kind, and approachable. I’m a nurse and have worked with hundreds of doctors and he exceeds all that I have worked with and received care from. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you do! I know healthcare isn’t easy but it’s clear you truly care about your patients and as a patient now I appreciate you.

Dr. Nazarian is a rare find in medicine today. He takes the time to really understand your medical history and condition and is attentive to providing good information to patients for their own care and well being. Highly recommend!

One of the best doctors I have ever visited! He was attentive to my concerns, my questions. He had detailed answers for me. He's is intelligent, compassionate, understanding, and obviously devoted to the well-being of his patients. I am very grateful to my primary care physician for referring me to him.

Dr Nazarian finally helped me after 2 yrs and 5 other specialists could not. He listened, tested, diagnosed (finally) and treated my issue. He saved my life.

He is an incredible man. He listened and found solutions after 3 other specialists could not. I will be eternally grateful for his help to change my life.

I disagreed with a claim that he made, and he in return yelled at me. Science actually was on my side in the argument. But more than anything, it is never okay for a doctor to yell at a patient--simply because the patient disagrees. Very unprofessional.

I made an appointment took 3 months to see him, initial appointment seemed good, he put me at ease, good humor, said he would get to the bottom of my issues but it would take about 3 weeks. Had a LOT of bloodwork done. After 3 weeks and no word I called. Never did get to talk to him but to his assistant. She said that some of my levels were elevated but to come back in 3 months for more tests to see where I’m at. Wish there were more room to comment, so much more to say.

Dr. Nazarian is the best Doctor I have ever encountered. He goes above and beyond in every appointment. I wish he was my primary Doctor with how much detail he puts in to his visits. My sister also sees him and he was finally able to put a diagnosis to her symptoms that every other doctor has ignored. He is the best at his job, I would recommend him over and over.
