Our family is incredibly grateful to Dr. Danish and his amazing team for the outstanding care they provided during my father’s Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) surgery for Parkinson's disease. My experience with Dr Danish and his knowledgeable staff corrected a problem that I had struggled with for years. The procedure was only minimally invasive and required only a few hours on the operating table, and awake. The results were successful and immediate. The procedure involved Focused Ultra Sound as a cure for essential tremors.

I have been a patient of Dr Danish since 2013 including a recent successful decompression surgery for trigeminal neuralgia. Dr Danish is kind, caring and a great surgeon. He has always shown me compassion and takes his time with communicating and informing both me and my husband through this painful disease. Initially, Dr Danish was referred to me by a neurologist with high recommendations. My experience with Dr Danish and his surgical team was excellent at Jersey Shore Medical Center. I felt that Dr Danish gave me hope for a future, keep communication positive while being honest in revealing potential deficits from my surgery. I have recommended this neurosurgeon many times to patients and families.

I visited the hospital for a problem and Dr Danish after sending me for text confirmed that my option is to have ulnar nerve decompression surgery, many of my friends including a medical doctor told me not to have it that my problem is not what I wanted to get done, surprisingly I received a phone call from Dr. Danish telling me that my condition will get worst if I did not do the surgery, after many persuasions from Dr. Danish I decide to do the surgery, now my fingers that can never unbutton my shirt is now strong as it was, I thank God and Dr Danish for helping me get back my health.

If you struggle because of the Essential Tremor condition, look no further than to visit Dr. Danish. I have read about Focused Ultrasound procedure to relieve the tremor in my hand and came to Dr. Danish for a consultation. He explained in the thorough details what to expect during and after the procedure. Long story short, I had this procedure done Feb. 22nd 2024. If I would rate the tremor in my hand on the scale from 1 to 10 before the procedure, it would probably be between 9 and 10, and after about 2 hours later, 0 to 1. I could not believe what I eyewitness.Dr. Danish and his amazing Team did a fantastic job, and as a result, I have got the quality of my life back to normal. I can do all my daily activities like write, type, eat and drink, etc. again.Do yourself a favor, and if you have essential tremor, do not delay, educate yourself about Focused Ultrasound FUS procedure and call Dr. Danish. Dr Danish is an excellent doctor very thorough to the point. My mom who is 81 years old had a lumbar right side disk fragments and was affecting her quality of life. March 21, 2023, I had a Vasovagen event in Florida where I lost consciousness & fell backwards & hit my head very hard. My wife took me to the hospital where they ran tests & everything was negative & I was sent home the next day. In early May, I started to experience dizziness again & went to see a Neurologist at Jersey Shore Medical Ctr. He ordered a CT & an MRI for Saturday, May 20. The tests showed I had been bleeding on the brain for quite a while & I was admitted to the hospital. By this time, I had lost all ability to walk, write & comprehend conversations. Surgery was scheduled Monday, May 22 @ 5PM. The care at hospital those those 2 days was terrific. The surgery was preformed by Dr. Danish. I truly believe I was given a miracle as the surgery was a success. Dr. Danish visited me the next morning to review the surgery & told me that he was looking to discharge me that day. I walked out of the hospital less than 24 hours after surgery. God Bless Dr. Danish. He saved my life!

I needed to have a large tumor removed. Dr. Danish thoroughly explained the procedure and he and his staff had me completely prepared well in advance. The Neurosurgical staff were complete professionals. Presurgical preparation was meticulous. The facilities were state of the art and brand new. The nursing staff was attentive and very professional, especially important with neurosurgery. If I had a family member I would not hesitate to send them to Dr. Danish.

Both Dr Danish and Devon Orzano have been excellent, far exceeding expectations throughout this difficult process. They started with admirable caution and then proceeded swiftly when it was deemed that surgery was appropriate. A truly exceptional surgical experience.

Dr. Danish removed my Rathke’s cleft cyst along with ENT Dr. Joe Shargorodsky (who’s awesome!). I experienced a CSF leak, and he was very conservative and thorough in how he managed and helped to resolve it. The whole staff in his office and in the Neurosurgery department at Jersey Shore are awesome and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
