The front staff is EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!! Dr Hansan is awesome but I refused to deal with the ladies on the phone. I will take my business somewhere else. What a ashamed!

He walked into the room chatted with my husband. Had no information to share, stayed nervously for 5 minutes and gave us no idea of where to go from this point forward. He did not review any MRI or have and cautions for us regarding addictive behavior other than to say "give it 6 months, you will see then." I was extremely disappointed in his off handed dismissal of a very dangerous behavior.

Very rude and her tone is very condescending. Definitely needs to take some classes on customer service skills. Whenever I call, and either of these ladies answer the phone, after 30 seconds talking, they say, we are busy and they hang up. They didn't even have the decency to call back . If the front desk is so incompetent, what does that say about the doctor?

Dr. Hasan and his team at the Dulles Neurology Clinic are the best! Dr. Hasan's approach is truly interactive and he genuinely listens and responds to my input and needs. After complaining of difficulty sleeping and daily fatigue, Dr. Hassan arranged for an onsite sleep-study which immediately identified that I was suffering from Obstructive Sleep Apnea, which is now being successfully treated. Staff are professional and very accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Hasan to family and friends!

I love Dr. Hasan. He's very personable and straight to the point. The only problem is some of his staff. One in particular is Sharon who is very inpersonable. Very rude and her tone is very condescending. Definitely needs to take some classes on customer service skills.
