I was referred to this doctor for a pain on my lower abdomen, wich is the result of fibroids and cysts I have on my uterus and my ovaries. Right away se agree with the diagnosis they give at the hospital and that having an hysterectomy was the best option for me. She then told me she requested the approval from my insurance. As I know how it works (I had surgeries in the past) I contacted the insurance myself to make sure they have all they needed. A few days before my surgery she told me the insurance haven't approved the surgery. So. I did call 2 day before my surgery, that day I was told that on that exact day they sent the approval letter to the doctor and the Clinic where my surgery was scheduled to be. But when I called the doctor's office, they denied it. The day before she call off the surgery because the insurance didn't approved anything (she lied to me). And in top of that, she scream at me for calling to ask about the approval again. I did file a claim on my insurance.

Bad experience
The policies are frankly ridiculous. After you take time out of your day to go to the initial appointment and pay for it, you cannot get results from any tests done until you schedule a televisit for which you have to pay copay again and a $2 televisit fee. Anytime I have gone to the OBGYN in the past I have gotten test results via phone call or an email to visit the patient portal. This place feels like a business, not a medical practice. The cancellation and rescheduling fees are also exorbitantly high.

This place is a filthy, disorganized mess. Dr. Dadgar is unprofessional, making assertions without testing. There was an internal sonograph sheeth (used) on the floor and many speculums in metal trays lying in blue water on the counter. They tried to "sell up" laser treatments and a week after my exam they asked me if I wanted to have the culture sent out to a special lab for $300! I called Labcorps and, of course, they confirmed that cultures need to be tested within 24 hours. This person should not have a license to practice.

Please trust the negative reviews I have seen the negative reviews get removed. I don't know how she does it. This is what happened to us. I went to her (Dr. Shabnam Dadgar) since I saw some good reviews. I have been asked to come for multiple appointments. She told me that I have an issue and might not be able to have any child if I don't come to her for treatment. I kept going to her until my husband suggested that I should see another doctor for a second opinion. I went to a new doctor and he told me and I don't have any issue and I can get pregnant. As proof, I got naturally pregnant and I have a daughter right now. The story doesn't end here. After I stop going to her (Dr. Shabnam Dadgar), I received a follow-up call and I told them that I am going to another doctor. During the appointment, I haven't received any bills and I only paid co-pay at the office. After around 1 year, I started to receive a statement/bill that I owe the doctor over $$$ (a very big amount). We have contac

Dr.Dadgar is really friendly and funny and knowledgable I’ve been seeing her since I was in my teens. She diagnosed me with pcos after having a bad experience with another local Doctor who told me all the worst case scenarios at 16 those things are really hard to hear. So she made me feel like pcos was manageable and not the end of the world. I’ve seen bad reviews about her attitude which is not true to her personality she tells you the truth and not in a way that scares you, at times being a teenager I didn’t want to get blood work, tests and ultrasound seem unnecessary as I grew older I really learned to listen to Dr. Dadgar and to be patient because with Doctors and caring for your health you really have to be patient let them properly Diagnose you and learn your body as it changes they really do know what they’re doing. I’ve had friends get different types of birth control from doctors who don’t do ultrasounds or blood work to see what was safe for their bodies. She really cares

A five star doctor! Dr Dadgar is simply the best! Dr. Dadgar took a lot of time to perform a needed procedure that was flawless. She held 2 lengthy consultations, explained everything in great detail which included a slide show with visuals and kept me in the office after the procedure to ensure that all was well. I recommend her to all new patients, and wish all doctors were like Dr. Dadgar. She is the best!!!

She is an amazing Doctor, she always get my treatment done in a second. I will definitely recommend her because she is so professional and friendly when I go for a visit. She doesn’t just treat you as a patient but as a family. Most importantly, her staff are so welcoming. I always leave her office with a smile and fully satisfied.

If I could give her 0 stars, I would. She was disrespectful, condescending, and downright abusive. She stated multiple times that she didn't have time for me, even though her JOB is to treat patients. She made me schedule appointments to review labs and pay for that. Who, in this day and age, is not sending their patient labs electronically and still CHARGING for a visit to share lab results?! She threatened to not treat me the next time I didn't come "prepared" for the ultrasound, even though I followed the directions for the ultrasound. Then she stomped out of the room. During an exam, she accused me of exaggerating my pain and told me "it doesn't hurt." The worst part was that she constantly gave me worst case scenarios about my lab results & ultrasounds, making me feel like a hostage. Scheduling me for multiple appointments out of fear mongering. She refused to explain anything that was being done or happening. FIND YOURSELF A DIFFERENT OB.

In the very first minutes of my checkup, she removed something she called womb polyp without any explanation or any permission from me! First, she picked it then informed me. She made me so nervous by saying that there's a suspicious breast lump which she's sure it would be something bad! and she made me do "ammo" at age 30! and there was nothing! I was freaked out and under pressure for a week. After my appointment, I received my insurance bills and I noticed she charged me and my insurance for a lot of unnecessary tests.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The most important thing to know about her is that she requires a high number of unnecessary visits, which she likely does to rack up fees - I've seen other reviews say similar things. For my IUD insertion, she requires a transvaginal ultrasound AND blood pregnancy test (talking to other medical professionals, only a manual exam is necessary to understand how your uterus sits and urine pregnancy test). She would've made me get 3 consultations prior to my insertion, before I decided to look elsewhere. She also has horrible waiting times (45 min+) and no respect for her patients and their preferences - it's either her way or the high way. She also has a highly incompetent office manager (also have seen reviews mention this). The first time I visited, I asked if they'd require a copay (which they said no), and then later received a delinquency notice in the mail without any written or verbal notification of a billing before.

So my first appointment about a week ago I waited for almost an hour before I was seen. After that I was scheduled for 4 more follow up appointments. I was going in for a positive pregnancy test. My first appointment was pretty standard. Some blood work and A urine test. She then began to tell me how she was the best in the nation and talked down to any doctor I had seen prior. ......uhhh ok? On Monday I made an appointment with another doctor because honestly I wasn't sure how to feel about Dr. Dadgar. I informed them of my other appointment and they said they would make sure to send my blood work to me in case I decide to continue With Dr.Dadgar. I showed up this morning for my sonogram with all the lab work that had been done. Dr.Dadgar was on the fathers cell phone arguing and yelling at a mother of a MINOR about her personal diagnosis as the mother was not providing the insurance information..... ON SPEAKERPHONE! This girl had to have been about 11 and this doctor is berating her

Worst experience I ever had with a doctor. Yes, she has times where she is late and takes no accountability, but hold’s patients at higher standards. The room where she does procedures is dirty and so unsanitary. I saw left over grime from previous patient. I was scheduled for an appointment arrived on time, paid my copay and I was refused service. I was suppose to get an ultrasound sound, I was told to drink a lot of water which I did. She gets to me and tells me she can’t see anything that I must be dehydrated and sent me home telling me too drink more water and came back. Coincidentally, she also left to take her son somewhere while patients waited. I came back and she refused to provide service. I spoke to a couple of other disgruntled patients in the waiting room. She comes across as very self centered all about money and ripping people off. Their Unorganized & unprofessional & shady & a unsanitary facility.

she is very good in what she does, she may not do what you want ask her to do. I had two kids at young age and my previous gynecologist told me to get my tubes tied, so I don't have to deal with pills. meanwhile they told me that they don't take my insurance anymore. I found Dr, Dadgar and she talked me out of it. She convinced me that life changed and I end up with an IUD. I love her , she was so right, I met the man of my dreams and he has no kids, for that I will always be grateful.
