Amazing Doctor & Staff!!
Dr. Safvati is the absolute best Doctor I have ever had! I was shocked how much he actually cared about my concerns and was more than happy to explain my questions and figure out an affordable treatment plan for me. He also does telehealh appointments which is incredibly convenient. I am so lucky I found this doctor! Nikki was absolutely awesome on the phone too, I can't thank her and the whole office enough! I am a forever patient. THANK YOU for caring for me. You are the best, Dr. Safvati!!!

I was visited for the first time, the doctor was very patient and knowledgeable in my treatment, and they are persistent for the next treatment sessions, despite not having insurance, they were kind to me. I appreciate him and his treatment team.

I am truly appalled at Dr Safvati’s terribly unprofessional and dismissive attitude. Safvati outright refused to prescribe medication for breathing problems I’ve had since childhood, assuming a hostile interrogative tone while questioning my experiences. I explained that using only OTC medicine had me coughing all night for weeks — if this happened again without stronger medication, it would cause too much damage to my lungs. To this, he sarcastically told me to change doctors, before ushering me out of the office. I left absolutely furious. I have never received more patronizing and rude treatment from a medical professional. Despite the patience and respect I maintained during my visit, I was met with an air of condescension rather than understanding. Basic respect is non-negotiable, especially between doctor and patient. If you care about your health concerns being listened to, I suggest you look elsewhere.

The worst experience I've had with a physician. It seems like this is just a business for him-- he wanted me to pay to come back every two months for birth control, would not refer me to a necessary doctor when I expressed concerns with an infection. He made me come in to retrieve his prescription pad for my medication which was very inconvenient. I had to ask Dr. Shafvati if he wanted to hear my medical history (since he clearly was not going to ask any questions about me), and it felt like he didn't even write it down when I told him. He rambled senselessly about a survey question about childhood abuse in such a way that was shocking-- if I had experienced such abuse I would feel completely uninvited to share. He sent me to get basic labs elsewhere since his office didn't handle such, which was, again, inconvenient. Both him and his staff carry a "you do it yourself" attitude, and did not follow through on my care. They never even called me back about my labs. Rude receptionist.

This doctor is a sham. After 10 minutes of describing what I was dealing with, he told me he was “done” with me and each person only gets 10 minutes. I asked him if he was even going to take my blood pressure or check my heart rate (my heart has been aching) and he told me I could wait until the last patient left if I wanted that. He was super rude to me. I told him about a disease I have and that acupuncture had helped me with the pain. He told me he didn’t think that would help and I should

Only took my blood pressure. I told him I have severe depression and need help, he said "I cannot help you". Tried to refuse to take my insurance even though I had designated him as my primary care physician. Saw him more than an hour late.
